Great hotel with free parking, an indoor swimming pool, and cute staff. They even helped me find a local food delivery number on my first stay. I can't wait to return next year!

The room was beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the bay, and the breakfast service was relaxing, albeit a bit slow. However, the limited dining options in the bar were unexpectedly disappointing.

great stay but a missed opportunity for amenities
The staff demonstrated a genuine commitment to making my stay enjoyable. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room added a touch of luxury I appreciated.
Limited on-site amenities could enhance the overall experience.

The room was huge, well furnished
Pool and spa area were not very good. Sauna and steam room did not work the day we were there. All a bit loveless, I expected more.

The room was super comfy and clean, easy to relax. The location is amazin, with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The staff were so friendly.
The service at dinner was slow, and we had a long wait for our food. The toilet in our room made a loud noise that was really annoying.

Peace and quiet ! Stunning views ! Perfect location away from the hussle and bussle of everyday life, yet close enough to reach the magnificent views of the lake district.
Room 115. It was a little small. Joking aside I was going to ask the receptionist if I could borrow the hotel cat... I wanted to see if it was possible to swing the cat in the room. I / We are used to something a little more luxurious and more spacious.
